Ingredients

  • 300 grams flour
  • 1 point dry yeast
  • 170 ml water, warm
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil, or sunflower oil
  • 1 tablespoon, leveled salt
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 5 tablespoon pizza seasoning, more or less
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. First press the garlic cloves, then add all the other ingredients, mix and knead into a smooth dough. I pre-knead everything with the kneading machine and then smooth it with my hands.
  2. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 30-45 minutes, until the volume has doubled.
  3. Knead again on a floured surface and roll out. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, cut into 8 parts and let rest for another 10 minutes. Pepper to taste.
  4. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and bake the garlic bread for about 20 minutes.
