Ingredients

  • 500 g arlic, fresh, peeled
  • 100 g parsley, washed, rouhly chopped
  • 100 g chives, washed, rouhly chopped
  • 100 g sea salt or Himalayan salt, fine

Instructions

  1. Peel the garlic.
  2. Wash the parsley and chives, spin dry and let air dry a little.
  3. Put everything together in a blender and puree. You can also use a hand blender.
  4. Mix the puree with the sea or Himalayan salt and pour into easily closable glasses (twist-off glasses). Store in a dark and cool place.
  5. This paste lasts more than a year.
  6. To be used for cooking, refining sauces or in a salad dressing.
  7. I also use them for herb butter.
  8. Be careful when adding additional salt to the dishes!
