  • 350 g flour
  • 150 ml milk, lukewarm
  • 1 cube yeast, fresh
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 150 g butter, liquid
  • 200 g ranulated suar

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the yeast and vanilla sugar in the lukewarm milk. Mix the flour, eggs and salt, then add the yeast milk while stirring constantly and mix into a dough. Then knead the very soft butter into the dough.
  2. Let rise in a warm place for 45 minutes. Finally fold in the granulated sugar.
  3. Bake each waffle at maximum temperature for 3 minutes in a waffle iron for Liège waffles.
