Ingredients

  • 450 g broccoli
  • 1 package gnocchi
  • 0.5 liter ½ milk
  • 0.75 liter ¾ vegetable stock
  • 2 egg (s), hard-boiled
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Nutmeg, grated
  • salt
  • pepper
  • soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Wash, clean and chop the broccoli. Cook with 3/4 liter stock. Then puree with the blender. Add the milk and spices, season to taste. Add the gnocchi and let it steep, do not boil any more. Add sour cream, season with soy sauce. Finally, dice the eggs and add them.
  2. Variation: Add more gnocchi and liquid as needed. If you don`t like it, you can leave out the eggs.
