Ingredients

  • 1 cheese (goat cheese), roll
  • 8 slices bread (French country bread) or baguette
  • 4 teaspoons honey
  • 200 g lettuce (wild herb salad) or lamb`s lettuce
  • 3 tablespoon vinegar (raspberry vinegar)
  • 2 tablespoon syrup (elderflower syrup)
  • 1 tablespoon almond (s), grated
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil, good quality
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (top / bottom heat). Cut 1 - 1.5 cm thick slices from the goat`s cheese roll 8 and distribute them on the bread slices. Drizzle the cheese with 1/2 teaspoon of honey and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes until the cheese is lightly gratinated.
  2. In the meantime, wash the salad and spread it on the plates. Mix vinegar, syrup, almonds, oil, salt and pepper to a vinaigrette and pour over the salad.
  3. Place 2 loaves of goat cheese on top of the salad, sprinkle with some freshly ground black pepper and serve immediately.
