Ingredients

  • 1 egg white
  • 160 ml whipped cream
  • 1 tablespoon Gofio
  • 1 tablespoon cane sugar
  • 30 g almonds, round
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ lime zest
  • some cinnamon or vanilla

Instructions

  1. Beat egg white and whipped cream separately from each other until stiff. Mix the Gofio, sugar, lime zest, cinnamon / vanilla and almonds together. Carefully fold the whipped cream and egg white into the Gofio mixture. Chill for at least an hour.
