Ingredients

  • 0.33 cucumber (s)
  • 1 shallot (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 2 bell peppers, yellow
  • 2 slices toast
  • 60 ml water
  • 400 g tomato (s), yellow
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. First peel and quarter the cucumber and remove the core, then peel and roughly dice the shallot and garlic. Also clean the peppers, roughly dice and soak the toast in the water.
  2. Now put all the ingredients, except for the pepper and salt, in the blender and puree until everything has become a homogeneous mass. Now season with salt and pepper.
