Ingredients

For the ground:

  • 500 g quark
  • 60 g suar
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 packet vanilla pudding powder
  • possibly fat for the mold

For covering:

  • 750 g ooseberries or currants, rhubarb or cherries

For the sprinkles:

  • 125 g butter, liquid
  • 200 g flour
  • 60 g suar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ cinnamon
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

Instructions

  1. Grease a 26 mm springform pan well or line it with baking paper. For the quark base, mix together the quark, sugar, egg and vanilla pudding powder and place in the springform pan.
  2. Clean the fruit, remove the core if necessary, cut it into small pieces and then spread it on the quark layer.
  3. For the crumble, mix butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, cinnamon and salt. Then add the flour and knead into crumble with a fork. Spread the sprinkles on the fruit.
  4. Bake the crumble in a preheated oven at 175 ° C for approx. 45 - 50 minutes.
