- 125 g butter
- 250 g low-fat quark
- 50 grams sugar
- 1 squirt lemon juice
- 1 vanilla pod (s)

- Put the flour, 60 g sugar and vanilla sugar in a mixing bowl. Spread the salt, egg and softened butter on top. Using the kneading tools of the handheld or stand kitchen machine, mix the ingredients together at a low level. Only when the flour can no longer dust out, knead everything into crumbs on the highest setting.
- Mix the low-fat quark with 50 g sugar, lemon juice and the pulp of a vanilla pod. Alternatively, half a packet of vanilla pudding powder can be folded in.
- Now peel the apples, remove the core and cut the pulp into small cubes.
- Cover the bottom of 12 fireproof cups or molds with the batter, pour in a little quark mixture and then put a layer of apples on top. Repeat this process until the cups are approximately 3/4 full. Finally, cover everything with a few crumbs and then bake for about 30 minutes at 180 ° C top and bottom heat.
