Ingredients

  • 2 cups cream cheese, grainier
  • 250 g natural yourt, 3.5% fat
  • 500 g tomato (s) (date or cherry vine tomatoes)
  • 1 bunch spring onions, approx. 4 - 5 pieces
  • 1 bag / s spice mixture (topping lettuce, aromatic garden herbs or kitchen herbs)
  • 1 tablespoon walnut oil
  • Salt and pepper, black, freshly ground

Instructions

  1. Put the grainy cream cheese together with the yogurt in a bowl.
  2. Cut the tomatoes into bite-sized pieces (approx. 1.5 cm thick) and the spring onions into small rings, add everything to the cream cheese and yogurt mixture. Spread the spice mixture on top and drizzle the oil over it. Then mix everything together. Season with freshly ground salt and pepper to taste. If necessary, add half a bag of spice mixture. Transfer the mixture to a clean serving bowl and cover with cling film until consumption.
  3. Tastes best at room temperature, but needs to be stored in a cool place. If any remains of the cream cheese are saved, it can be kept in the refrigerator for approx. 2 more days, but then becomes more and more redder (due to the tomatoes) and loses its intense taste a little.
