Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • Salt water
  • 1 lemon (s), add the juice from it
  • 2 egg (s), hard-boiled
  • 1 onion (s), finely chopped
  • 400 g cooked ham, diced

For the sauce:

  • 3 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 125 g sour cream
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), add the juice
  • salt and pepper
  • parsley
  • chives

Instructions

  1. Clean the cauliflower, cut into florets and cook in salted water with lemon juice until firm to the bite. Take out, drain and let cool.
  2. Add the finely chopped onion, the sliced eggs and the diced boiled ham. Mix well.
  3. Mix the ingredients for the sauce and fold into the salad. Let it sit for a few hours. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley and chives.
