Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower
- Salt water
- 1 lemon (s), add the juice from it
- 2 egg (s), hard-boiled
- 1 onion (s), finely chopped
- 400 g cooked ham, diced
For the sauce:
- 3 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 125 g sour cream
- 0.5 ½ lemon (s), add the juice
- salt and pepper
- parsley
- chives

- Clean the cauliflower, cut into florets and cook in salted water with lemon juice until firm to the bite. Take out, drain and let cool.
- Add the finely chopped onion, the sliced eggs and the diced boiled ham. Mix well.
- Mix the ingredients for the sauce and fold into the salad. Let it sit for a few hours. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley and chives.
