Ingredients
- 8 egg (s), hard-boiled
- 1 bunch chives
- 2 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
- 2 teaspoons mustard, hot
- vinegar
- oil
- salt and pepper
- sugar
- Worcester sauce

- Cut the hard-boiled eggs into slices with the egg cutter and place in a bowl.
- Mix the two types of mustard, vinegar and oil into a thick marinade, season with salt, pepper, sugar and Worcestershire sauce. Pour the dressing over the eggs.
- Let it sit for a few hours. Before serving, cut the chives into fine rolls and sprinkle over the salad. Serve with roasted farmer`s bread.
- Tastes best at room temperature.
