Mix the quark, eggs, vanilla sugar and sugar until creamy.
Mix the flour and baking powder and work with the remaining ingredients to form a smooth dough.
Heat a saucepan with fat (I always use 1 1/2 sticks of fat / coconut fat), but not too hot.
When the fat has reached temperature, put the dough in the kettle / deep fryer by tablespoon and let it fry until golden brown. Then place on a plate lined with kitchen paper and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Tip: If you like, you can add cinnamon to the powdered sugar, it tastes really delicious!
