Instructions

  1. Important!
  2. Before you start working, take all the ingredients out of the refrigerator and then make sure that all the ingredients are at room temperature!
  3. Put the whole egg, mustard, salt and pepper in a small bowl and stir with the mixer, slowly dribble in the oil while stirring and stir until the mixture becomes firm. Then season with lemon and, if necessary, salt and pepper.
  4. If it doesn`t work, the oil might not fit, better take a higher quality, then it will definitely become solid!
  5. For further processing it is advisable to mix this mass with sour cream.
  6. Tips for barbecue sauces!
  7. Cocktail sauce:
  8. Mix the above mayonnaise with sour cream and ketchup, add some (1 teaspoon) horseradish and season with a little cognac!
  9. Herb sauce:
  10. Mix the above-mentioned mayonnaise with sour cream, add various herbal mixtures, done!
  11. Surprise sauce:
  12. Mix the above-mentioned mayonnaise with sour cream, add onion, paprika, herbs, sour cream at your own discretion. (every time different and always a surprise)
