Ingredients

  • 4 egg (s), separated
  • 250 ml water, hot
  • 100 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 400 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 500 ml milk
  • Fruit your choice
  • Clarified butter

Instructions

  1. Beat the egg yolks with hot water, sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Fold in 250 g flour, stir in briefly. Then stir in the milk and add the remaining flour with the baking powder. Let the dough rest for an hour.
  2. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the batter. Add any prepared fruit.
  3. Bake in portions on both sides in a pan with clarified butter until golden brown.
