Ingredients
- 250 g quark
- 200 g sour cream
- 1 small onion (s)
- 1 pinch (s) Schabzigerklee
- 1 teaspoon, heaped herbs, mixed, dried, possibly more
- 1 teaspoon pepper, white
- some herb salt

- Beat the quark with the sour cream until smooth. The mass should be spreadable and creamy. Dice the onion and stir in.
- Stir in 1 pinch of Schabzigerklee, the herb mixture (fresh 2 tablespoon, dried 1 teaspoon). Season with white pepper and herbal salt.
- Season carefully with the black clover. It`s a very intense spice.
