  • 750 g white cabbae
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 250 g ribbon noodles
  • 200 g cheese, rated
  • 150 ml broth
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • Oil for frying
  • salt and pepper
  • Caraway seed

Instructions

  1. Cut the cabbage into bite-sized strips.
  2. Heat the broth in a wide pan and cook the cabbage covered for about 20 minutes until the desired consistency is reached. Remove the lid and let the broth reduce a little. Put the cabbage with the reduced broth in a large bowl.
  3. In the same pan, fry the minced meat, diced onion and finely chopped garlic. Season to taste with salt, pepper and caraway seeds.
  4. In the meantime, cook the tagliatelle in salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Mix the minced meat with the noodles in the bowl well. Season again as needed with salt and a generous amount of pepper.
  5. Divide the herb mixture into 2 lightly greased casserole dishes and sprinkle with the grated cheese. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes at approx. 180 ° C convection, 200 ° C top / bottom heat on the middle rack.
