Ingredients

  • 1 flatbread (s)
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 250 g cooked ham
  • 200 g tuna in its own juice
  • 100 g cucumber (s)
  • 100 g olives, black without stone
  • 300 g herbal cream cheese
  • 2 medium egg (s)
  • 2 tablespoon chives rolls

Instructions

  1. Halve the flatbread horizontally and brush both halves with the olive oil. Cut the ham into strips. Pick the tuna. Peel the cucumber and slice it thinly. Chop the olives. Distribute the ingredients on the bread halves.
  2. Preheat the oven with top / bottom heat to 200 ° C (convection 180 ° C). Whisk the cream cheese with the eggs and spread on the bread. Baked the bread for about 20 minutes.
