  • 3 egg (s)
  • 80 g feta cheese
  • 1 tomato (s)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 5 olives, black or green
  • some chives, optional
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs in a bowl, stir and season. Chop the onions and tomatoes, cut the olives into slices. Now fry the onions in the pan in a little oil over medium heat until they are translucent, then add the tomatoes and olives. Fry everything for about 2 minutes and then pour the eggs over it. Now crumble the feta over the pan and sprinkle over it. Season everything again and stir occasionally until everything is ready after about 2 minutes. Place the scrambled eggs on a plate and optionally sprinkle with chopped chives.
  2. The scrambled eggs go well with all types of bread.
