Instructions

  1. Cook the potatoes in salted water or broth until they are firm to the bite (approx. 5 minutes). Fry the onions and garlic in a little oil. Add the green beans and steam them until they are done but still have a bite. Add tomatoes and herbs, season well with the spices. Fold in the potatoes and heat.
  2. This dish tastes best when warmed up, so it is ideal when guests come the next day.
  3. As a vegetarian main course, the amount is enough for 2 people.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
