Green Beans with Corn and Spinach

Super quick side dish in 10 minutes. Well-thought-out purchases save time well. Spinach and frozen beans and corn make wonderful, tasty, and healthy food.

Ingredients

  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp
  • Frozen corn – 300 g
  • Green beans, chopped, frozen – 300 g
  • Young spinach leaves – 150 g
  • Dried thyme – ¼ teaspoon
  • Coarse salt, ground black pepper
  • Wine vinegar, white – 2 teaspoon.

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet. Add corn and beans. Cook over high heat enough for 4-6 minutes.
  2. Add spinach, thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 1 to 2 minutes. Add vinegar, salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy your meal!
