Ingredients
- 1 head lettuce, (lettuce)
- Salt and pepper, whiter
- 1 egg (s), hard-boiled
- 1 teaspoon mustard, spicy (fine Dijon mustard)
- 1 bunch chives
- 1 bunch parsley, smooth
- 0.25 liter ¼ sour cream
- 4 tablespoon olive oil, cold-pressed

- Chop the egg into small pieces. Finely chop the chives and parsley. Mix the sour cream with oil, mustard, egg and herbs and season the dressing with salt and pepper.
- Wash and clean the lettuce and cut into bite-sized pieces. Gently fold in the dressing and serve the salad immediately.
