- In a small saucepan, melt the butter, add lemon juice and marinade from a bowl. Stir and set the sauce aside.
- Switch on the grill to preheat to medium temperature. Grate the steaks with the remaining 1 tablespoon of the reserved marinade.
- Place the beef on the grill and grill the beef steaks, uncovered, for 8-12 minutes on each side (to the desired degree of doneness).
- Serve the beef steaks with butter sauce.
