Grilled Beef Steaks in a New Way

Cooking delicious, juicy grilled beef steaks is easy, you just need to choose the right spices and serve the steaks with a delicate buttery sauce.

Ingredients

  • Beef steaks 2.5 cm thick – 4 pcs. (900 g)
  • Chopped lemon zest – 2 teaspoon
  • Garlic (finely chopped) – 2 cloves
  • Dried thyme – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – 1/4 teaspoon.
  • Ground black pepper – 1/4 teaspoon.
  • Butter – 2 tbsp
  • Fresh lemon juice – 1 tbsp

How to grill beef steak:

Directions

  1. Combine lemon zest, garlic, thyme, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl. Stir the mixture with a whisk or fork, take out 1 tablespoon, and reserve.
  2.  In a small saucepan, melt the butter, add lemon juice and marinade from a bowl. Stir and set the sauce aside.
  3.  Switch on the grill to preheat to medium temperature. Grate the steaks with the remaining 1 tablespoon of the reserved marinade.
  4. Place the beef on the grill and grill the beef steaks, uncovered, for 8-12 minutes on each side (to the desired degree of doneness).
  5. Serve the beef steaks with butter sauce.
