  • 3 medium peppers
  • 200 g sheep cheese
  • 2 large tomato (s)
  • some leek
  • possibly wild garlic

Instructions

  1. Wash the tomatoes and then finely chop them. Cut the leek into fine slices. Put the sheep`s cheese together with the tomatoes and the leek in a bowl and mix well with a fork. Season to taste with salt, pepper, basil and garlic.
  2. Halve the peppers and fill with the sheep`s cheese. Then place the pepper halves on the grill until they turn lightly brown.
