  • 1 pork fillet (s) (approx. 50 - 200 g per person)
  • 1 pack ham (Black Forest)
  • some mustard
  • lots garlic, fresher
  • salt and pepper
  • Herbs your choice

Instructions

  1. First you take a nice pork tenderloin, small holes are cut there and these are whole! Garlic cloves peppered. It can be a lot of garlic.
  2. Now season the whole thing with salt and pepper. Everything should be rubbed in nicely so that the seasoning is even. After that, the fillet is coated with mustard on all sides. When that is done, wrap the whole thing tightly with the Black Forest ham and wrap it with thread so that nothing falls apart.
  3. Now let the fillet stand in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. It doesn`t have to be, but it tastes nicer like garlic.
  4. Then preheat the grill and off you go. We`ll take a gas grill. The meat takes between 30 and 50 minutes, depending on its size, to cook. With charcoal, you have to test it yourself.
