Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon, heaped herbs Provence, frozen
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 large tomato (s)
  • some salt and pepper
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Peel and press the garlic. Wash the tomatoes, cut them in half, remove the stem and place them with the cut surface facing down in an aluminum grill tray or pan.
  2. Add the garlic. Sprinkle with the herbs, pepper and sea salt, drizzle with olive oil and cook for 5 - 7 minutes on a hot grill or in a pan while turning. Serve with toasted baguette if you like.
