Ingredients

  • 1 veal chop (s), cut about 3 cm thick
  • 4 sage leaves
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
  • 1 cl Madeira, dry or sherry
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash the veal chop and pat dry. Wash and chop the sage leaves. Crush the coriander in a mortar. Mix the sage, coriander, wine and oil and marinate the meat with it for at least an hour.
  2. Grill on the grill for 3-5 minutes on each side. Then season with salt and pepper as desired.
  3. It goes well with rosemary potatoes and grilled red pointed peppers.
