Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 5 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoon low-fat quark
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 5 tablespoon spice mix for gyros, a little more if you like
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 ½ tablespoon margarine for frying

Instructions

  1. Peel the onion, dice it and knead it together with all the other ingredients in a bowl to form a dough. Season to taste and season to taste. Shape small meatballs and flatten them a little. Always stick three pieces on a wooden skewer.
  2. Heat 1 1/2 tablespoon margarine in a pan and fry the skewers on both sides until they are crispy brown.
  3. Tzatziki and jacket potatoes go best with this, but also French fries.
