Ingredients

  • 125 g cream
  • 30 g parmesan, rated
  • 8 slices ham (Black Forest)
  • 8 egg (s)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix the cream with the freshly grated Parmesan. Fill into 4 small gratin molds (diameter approx. 15 cm). Place 2 slices of thin Black Forest ham on top and place 2 eggs on each.
  2. Let it set in a preheated oven (fan oven 180 degrees) for 10 minutes. Salt and pepper.
