Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 4 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • 10 slices cooked ham
  • 1 can tomato (s), mashed
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 2 tablespoon basil
  • 2 tablespoon herbs (8 herb mix, frozen)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 ball / n mozzarella, diced
  • salt and pepper
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix the minced meat with the egg, breadcrumbs, herbs, pepper, salt and 1/2 diced onion. Roll individual portions into a slice of ham and place in a baking dish.
  2. Now sweat the remaining onion cubes in a pan until translucent, add the garlic and fry briefly. Add tomato paste and fry briefly, then add the flour and deglaze with water and the pureed tomatoes. Season with basil, sugar, pepper and salt and finally stir in the diced mozzarella.
  3. Pour the sauce over the rolls and cook for about 30 minutes at 200 ° C. It goes well with rice or just a baguette.
