Ham Salad Roll

An unusual solution for serving salad is to roll it into a roll. Tasty and looks festive.

Ingredients

  • Lettuce leaves (choose larger)
  • Ham – 100 g
  • Tomato – 1 pc.
  • Boiled eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Green onions – 2 pcs.
  • Dill
  • Salt
  • Gelatin
  • Mayonnaise

Directions

  1. Soluble 1 teaspoon of gelatin in 100 g of hot water.
  2. Cut the ham and tomato into strips, three eggs, and finely chop the onion and dill. Salt and mix. Add the diluted gelatin.
  3. Put lettuce leaves on cling film.
  4. On top, spread the ham and tomato mass in an even layer.
  5. Using the foil, we roll it into a roll and put it in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
  6. We release the roll from the film.
  7. Cut into pieces and decorate with mayonnaise or whipped sour cream.
