Ingredients

  • 500 g Chinese cabbae
  • 250 ml stock (cubes)
  • 4 slices ham, cooked
  • 4 tablespoon oil
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar (apple cider vinegar)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 2 dashes Tabasco
  • Tomato (s) as roses
  • dill

Instructions

  1. Remove the leaves from the Chinese cabbage and wash. Briefly blanch in the boiling cube stock, drain well. Place 3 sheets on top of each other, place the same size slices of ham on top and roll up tightly. Cut diagonally into 2 cm wide strips and place them next to each other on a plate. For the marinade, heat the oil in a pan. Add sugar and caramelize gently while stirring, do not brown. Add vinegar, salt and Tabasco and stir. Pour the sauce over the salad rolls while it is still hot. Cover and chill for 1 hour. Garnish with tomato roses and bunches of dill.
