- 300 g cooked ham, lare slices
- 1 can peas and carrots, mixed
- 1 cup sour cream
- 5 tablespoon mayonnaise
- some lettuce, greener
- 4 medium potato (s)
- salt and pepper

- Boil the potatoes, drain the peas and carrots. Mix the vegetables with the sour cream and mayonnaise, season with salt and a little pepper. Cut the boiled potatoes into small pieces and add them. Let rest for about 1 hour.
- Spread out the ham slices. Use a spoon to put some of the vegetable mixture in the middle of the slices and roll up the ham. Serve on lettuce, served with baguette.
