Heat the oil in a saucepan that is not too wide and fry the minced meat until it is sharp and crumbly over high heat. Then add the minced meat seasoning (alternatively salt, pepper, sweet and hot paprika, curry and a little cumin) and stir well. Then add the peeled and finely diced onion and fry briefly. It is slowly beginning to turn brown at the bottom of the pot. Now quickly add the tomato paste and sweat briefly. Then quickly dust with the flour so that nothing burns.
Now gradually fill up with the cold water to the desired consistency and bring to the boil. Add the oregano. Now simmer for 20 minutes at low heat. Stirring occasionally. Try again and add seasoning if necessary.
