Ingredients
- 500 g spelled flakes (whole rain)
- 100 g chocolate (at least 75% cocoa content)
- 100 g corn flakes, unsweetened
- 1 tablespoon glucose if necessary
- possibly yogurt to refine

- The quantities given are for a supply pack.
- Grate the chocolate and mix with the wholemeal spelled flakes. Add the corn flakes (if they are big enough for someone, just crumble them by hand). Then add the glucose.
- If necessary, the yoghurt can then be added to refine it just before consumption.
- If you use this muesli in a diet, you don`t have to worry about the chocolate. Because this contains little sugar due to the high cocoa content.
- You should also make sure that you get sugar-free cornflakes.
