- 300 g Skyr, 0.2% fat
- 2 medium egg (s)
- 60 g protein powder
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3 oreo cookies

- Suitable for a 18 cm diameter springform pan. Line the springform pan with baking paper.
- Mix all ingredients, except for the oreo biscuits, into a smooth dough and place in the mold. Crumble the oreos and distribute them evenly on the cake batter.
- Bake in the oven at 170 ° C for about 40 minutes. Do not bake too long so that the cake stays nice and creamy.
- Let the cake cool down at room temperature and then put it in the refrigerator for 2 - 3 hours so that it hardens.
