Ingredients

  • 1 kg carrot (s)
  • Garlic, (how much as desired)
  • Whipped cream
  • 1 packet salad dressing (powder)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Lemon juice
  • mustard
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. Peel the carrots and grate finely. Cut the onion into small cubes. Peel the garlic and press it into the carrots. Mix the dressing in a large cup or bowl, add the spices, lemon juice (splash) and mustard. Taste well. Then stir it into the carrots and add a mug of whipped cream. Let stand for approx. 4-5 hours. But it`s best to do it overnight!
  2. Then season to taste again, add seasoning if necessary or add a little salad dressing (just don`t mix the powder with water again).
  3. With the garlic, depending on your taste!
