- 2 egg (s)
- 1 onion (s)
- 150 g ratin cheese
- 150 grams bacon
- 1 tablespoon, heaped flour
- salt and pepper
- oil

- Peel and grate the potatoes. Squeeze out in a kitchen towel and place in a bowl.
- Cut the onion and bacon into small cubes and add to the bowl with the cheese, eggs and flour. Season with salt and pepper.
- Preheat a pan and then fry the hash browns in oil until golden.
