Clean and quarter the cabbage. Cut into stripes. Heat some olive oil in a roasting pan and sauté the cabbage. Season with salt and pepper. Stir more often so that it doesn`t burn, otherwise it will become bitter. Deglaze with the broth. Bring to the boil briefly, then simmer on medium heat for another 25 minutes. Now season with the caraway seeds. Turn the cabbage every 10 minutes.
In the meantime, cook the ribbon noodles according to the instructions on the packet. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper and fry well in a pan with a little olive oil.
As soon as the cabbage is cooked, mix everything together carefully. Add the butter. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Tip:
Connoisseurs season with a little Maggi. A little parsley can be sprinkled on top to serve.
