  • 600 grams flour
  • 1 sachet yeast (dry yeast)
  • 1 ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 point ham, raw, cubes
  • 1 spring onion (s)
  • water
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Knead the water, flour, yeast and salt into a dough, then let it rise for a while. Now take small portions of the dough and roll them out thinly (the shape does not matter), brush with sour cream and, depending on your taste, spread ham cubes on the pieces. Now bake on a floured sheet for 10-12 minutes. After baking, sprinkle the spring onion, cut into rings, over the stains.
