- 3 spring onion (s)
- 250 g butter
- salt
- pepper
- herbs to taste

- Beat the butter as soft as possible until smooth. Wash and cut the spring onions and fold into the butter. Finely chop the garlic and mix with the butter. Add the herbs, salt and pepper and stir one last time.
- Is perfect as a side dish for barbecues!
