  • 1 bunch parsley, smooth
  • 2 tablespoon peppermint, dried (or 10 fresh peppermint leaves)
  • 1 large apple, peeled, cored and diced
  • 1 large onion (s), finely diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely diced
  • 1 red peppers, pitted and finely diced
  • 1 piece (s) ginger, grated (small )
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ coriander, ground
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ ground cumin
  • 5 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
