Instructions

  1. Wash, dry and chop the herbs. Alternatively, you can also use freeze-dried herbs. Knead all ingredients quickly.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, shape about 12 small balls out of the dough, press them flat and place them on the sheet.
  3. Sprinkle with coarse sea salt and bake at 180 ° C (fan oven) until they turn slightly brown. For me it took about 20-25 minutes.
