  • 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 200 g butter, or mararine
  • some condensed milk
  • Granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, cocoa and baking powder in a bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix together. Either with a food processor or with your hands. It is a rather dry dough. Shape the dough into rolls and chill for at least 2 hours.
  2. Cut the rolls into slices, brush with condensed milk and sprinkle with the granulated sugar.
  3. Bake on a baking sheet at 180 ° C hot air (top / bottom heat 200 ° C) for 12 minutes.
