Ingredients
- 250 g butter, soft or mararine
- 200 g suar
- 2 packs vanilla sugar, bourbon
- 6 egg yolks
- 6 egg whites, beaten until stiff
- 200 g flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 200 g almond (s), round
- 200 g chocolate (whole milk), chopped
- 400 g douh, (Hermann-)
- 2 glasses sour cherries, drained or the corresponding amount fresh

- Mix the soft butter / margarine with sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Stir in the egg yolks one after the other.
- Mix flour with baking powder, almonds and chocolate and stir in as well. Hermann admit. Finally fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites.
- Spread the batter on a large, deep baking sheet and spread the cherries on top.
- Baking: 45 - 55 min. At 150 - 175 ° C (convection)
- Tip:
- If you halve the amounts given, the batter is enough for a springform pan.
