- 400 g flour
- 20 g yeast
- 250 ml water, lukewarm
- 1 teaspoon, leveled salt
- 3 tablespoon oil
- Oil, for the tin

- 250 g ham, raw, diced
- 500 g quark, 20%
- 2 cups sour cream, 50 g each
- 2 egg (s)

- Dough:
- The yeast is dissolved in lukewarm water and mixed with flour, salt and oil. Then the dough remains covered in a warm place. A place near the stove, which is already preheated during this time, is ideal.
- Covering:
- Press the potatoes through the potato press. Quark, sour cream and eggs are added to the potato snow and so much hot milk is added that a spreadable mass is created. This is strongly seasoned with salt and pepper.
- Now the dough is kneaded well until it loosens from the edge of the bowl, rolled out on an oiled tray and the potato mixture spread on it. Spread the ham cubes on the topping and sprinkle the poppy seeds on top.
- The tan place is baked with top and bottom heat at 225 ° C for about 30 minutes and eaten lukewarm. But also tastes cold.
- Tip:
- Instead of yeast dough, you can also use 500 g baking mix for farmhouse bread according to the instructions, then it will be a little stronger.
