Ingredients

  • 300 g oatmeal
  • 100 g apricot (s)
  • 30 g cranberries
  • 50 g pumpkin seeds
  • 50 g flaked almonds
  • 50 g coconut oil
  • 3 tablespoon agave syrup
  • 1 tablespoon coconut blossom sugar
  • 6 tablespoon sesame paste or peanut butter
  • 1 banana (s), mashed
  • 1 apple, finely grated
  • 100 ml water, hot
  • some lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Line a baking pan with parchment paper
  2. Heat the coconut oil and sesame paste together with the coconut blossom sugar and lemon juice. Roast the oat flakes with the pumpkin seeds in a pan without fat and then mix with the dried fruits. Add the grated apple with the banana, the hot water and the algae syrup to the coconut-sesame mixture and stir well. Now put all the ingredients together, mix well and place in the baking pan. Spread everything well and press on.
  3. Preheat the Airfryer to 140 ° C and bake the FlapJacks for 40 minutes.
