Ingredients

  • 1 pork loin (s)
  • some salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cube broth, for /4 liter
  • some sauce thickener
  • 1 cup cream

Instructions

  1. Cut the pork loin into slices. Salt, pepper and fry for 3-4 minutes on each side, then keep warm in the oven.
  2. Fry the curry and honey in the frying fat, add the stock and cream. Bring everything to the boil and thicken a little with a sauce thickener.
  3. Add the loin.
  4. This goes well with spaetzle or rice.
