  • 1 point cheese (Gouda)
  • 2 cups cream (00 ml each)

Instructions

  1. Cut the raw sirloin into approx. 2 cm pieces and wrap the ham. Put the cream and cheese on top. Do not season (because of the ham). Bake in the oven at 200 ° C for about 20 minutes.
