Ingredients
- 200 g hops (hop cones, wild form)
- 500 ml orange juice, freshly squeezed
- 3 oranges, the finely grated zest them
- 10 g citric acid
- 500 ml water
- 250 grams sugar

- Put all ingredients in a large saucepan and cook covered for 10 minutes. Pour the liquid into large, prepared twist-off glasses and leave to stand under vacuum for a week.
- Strain after a week and bring the syrup to the boil again. Fill everything again into the prepared twist-off glasses.
- Any amount of this syrup plus carbonated mineral water makes a fizzy hop soda.
